Meet the Sipp Team


Beth Wilson-Parentice

President/Founder

 Beth's idea and ultimately the creation of Sipp came from her love for entertaining and making delicious cocktails for friends and family. After friends constantly telling her she could bottle and sell her concoctions, Beth decided to take a chance and pursue her dreams - and Sipp was born! Coming from many years in the food & beverage industry, Beth's creative side and entrepreneurial spirit continues to fuel the spirit of Sipp every day. Read Beth's entire story here!

Favorite Sipp flavor? They are like all my children! I love them all in different ways!

Favorite way to drink Sipp? Mixed in a cocktail. I love experimenting!

Favorite thing about working for Sipp? It's awesome seeing so many people enjoying a product I created in my kitchen. I love that even though I was laid off before I created Sipp, I've now been able to create jobs for so many other people!

People would be surprised to know that you... owned a video store in the 80's.

What's the one food you could eat every day and not get sick of? French fries.

Favorite quote or personal mantra? You just have to laugh!

 

Brian Pear

CEO

Brian brings 20 years of consumer products industry experience with 12 years in beverage, which includes leadership roles within The Coca-Cola Company, Nestle USA, and Pepsi Bottling Group. Most recently, Brian was at Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC., where he started the company Shopper Events, LLC. in 2008, an experiential marketing agency, and led the aggressive growth of the agency which became one of the largest experiential marketing agencies in the U.S.

Favorite way to drink Sipp? By sipping it slowly I can taste the layers of flavor. Truly a one-of-a-kind beverage.

People would be surprised to know that you... were on the 1983 Little League World Champion Team

Where were you born and raised? Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Marietta, Georgia 

  

Matt Amato

National Account Manager 

Matthew graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2012 with a major in marketing from the Haub School of Business. While attending Saint Joseph’s he founded and operated a startup of that grossed over $100,000 by the time he graduated. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew Joined Emil Capital Partners shortly after graduation as an Account Manager for a handful of their natural portfolio brands. He worked directly with CEO’s from Cheribundi, NibMor and Sipp managing each brand’s sales, merchandising and promotion throughout New York City. After two years with ECP, Matthew joined the Sipp team full-time as the company’s National Account Manager. He is excited to utilize his experience in order to help accelerate the brand’s growth during an exciting time for Sipp. Outside of work, Matthew can be found on the golf course, at a concert or playing the guitar.

Carly Garcia

Communications Manager 

Carly graduated from West Chester University in May 2013 and was lucky enough to get connected to Sipp as the part-time Sales & Marketing Assistant soon after -- the 2nd employee at Sipp! She really enjoys what she does every day at work, which is almost never the same. Carly loves new experiences, challenges, and working for a brand that is growing rapidly and successfully. It's fun for her to come up with different ideas to get the Sipp name out there and see people's initial reaction to the brand (which is almost always positive!). She is looking forward to growing with Sipp and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Favorite thing about working for Sipp? Every day is different, full of new and exciting challenges that I get to solve with a team of really awesome people.

Best meal you've ever had? My mother-in-law's Cuban cooking.

Favorite city and why? Washington D.C. Full of beautiful sights, history, food, culture...

Favorite quote or personal mantra? "You can do this." The second I think I can't, I won't.

 

Emily Cosgrove

Operations Manager 

Emily graduated from Temple University in 2013, where she earned her B.A. in Advertising, with a concentration in Ad Research. She is a former member of Temple's student-run advertising agency, Diamond Edge Communications (DEC), where she was a member of the Research Department and an Executive Board Member. She has worked on campaigns for many clients, including, the U.S. Department of State, Green Street Coffee, and Temple's School of Communication's Study Away Program. 

Emily also has over 10 years of experience working in the restaurant industry and has developed a passion for the food and beverage industry. She previously managed the social media for a fine dining restaurant in Conshohocken, PA.

 Emily is very excited to be a member of the Sipp team. She enjoys the new and exciting challenges and opportunities that come with the job, and loves being a contributing member of a rapidly growing company. She is excited to use her skills, knowledge, and experience, that she has gained from her time at Temple, DEC, and working in the restaurant industry, to help build the Sipp brand.

Favorite thing about working for Sipp? All the amazing people I work with.

Favorite city and why? Ship Bottom, NJ. My entire family (parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents), has spent every summer living together at our family's beach house in LBI, and I have so many great memories there.

People would be surprised to know that you... like to listen to classical music when I work. It really helps keep me focused.

Where were you born and raised? I was adopted from Pusan, South Korea, and was raised in Sinking Spring, PA.

Office Manager

Kelly is a 2014 graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Professional Studies with minors in Graphic Design and Nutrition. She sees her employment with Sipp as having the best of all worlds.  Kelly has a passion for understanding the creative process needed to have a successful and enjoyable product. She truly believes in the superiority of an organic and unique beverage such as Sipp.

Prior to joining the Sipp team, Kelly worked at Avante Salon as the salon coordinator. A lifelong resident of the area, Kelly is known for being enthusiastic and committed to whatever life presents her. She sees this new opportunity of Office Manager as an exciting start to a long and interesting career with Sipp Sparkling Organics.
