Meet the Sipp Team

Beth Wilson-Parentice


 Beth's idea and ultimately the creation of Sipp came from her love for entertaining and making delicious cocktails for friends and family. After friends constantly telling her she could bottle and sell her concoctions, Beth decided to take a chance and pursue her dreams - and Sipp was born! Coming from many years in the food & beverage industry, Beth's creative side and entrepreneurial spirit continues to fuel the spirit of Sipp every day. Read Beth's entire story here!


Jim Arsenault

VP of Finance and Operations

Jim Arsenault has over 20 years of experience as a corporate Chief Financial Officer and Controller for public and private companies, with a focus in the beverage industry for the past 10 years. Mainly, his focus has been geared towards start-up and emerging growth companies where he was recently the CFO for REBBL beverages. Prior to REBBL, he was the Vice President of Finance for Bai Brands and CFO for Skinny Water.


Matt Amato

Director of Business Development

Matthew graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2012 with a major in marketing from the Haub School of Business. While attending Saint Joseph’s he founded and operated a startup of that grossed over $100,000 by the time he graduated. With an entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew Joined Emil Capital Partners shortly after graduation as an Account Manager for a handful of their natural portfolio brands. He worked directly with CEO’s from Cheribundi, NibMor and Sipp managing each brand’s sales, merchandising and promotion throughout New York City. After two years with ECP, Matthew joined the Sipp team full-time as the company’s National Account Manager. He is excited to utilize his experience in order to help accelerate the brand’s growth during an exciting time for Sipp. Outside of work, Matthew can be found on the golf course, at a concert or playing the guitar.



Emily Cosgrove

Operations Manager 

Emily graduated from Temple University in 2013, where she earned her B.A. in Advertising, with a concentration in Ad Research. She is a former member of Temple's student-run advertising agency, Diamond Edge Communications (DEC), where she was a member of the Research Department and an Executive Board Member. She has worked on campaigns for many clients, including, the U.S. Department of State, Green Street Coffee, and Temple's School of Communication's Study Away Program. Emily also has over 10 years of experience working in the restaurant industry and has developed a passion for the food and beverage industry. She previously managed the social media for a fine dining restaurant in Conshohocken, PA. Emily is very excited to be a member of the Sipp team. She enjoys the new and exciting challenges and opportunities that come with the job, and loves being a contributing member of a rapidly growing company. She is excited to use her skills, knowledge, and experience, that she has gained from her time at Temple, DEC, and working in the restaurant industry, to help build the Sipp brand.


Ashley Saylor

Operations Assistant

Ashley graduated from West Chester University in 2016 with a degree in Psychology. She comes from years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Ashley sold Sipp as an exclusive beverage while working at a local Farm to Table restaurant. She believes in Sipp and the ability for it to be the healthier alternative to soda. Ashley is eager at the opportunity to join the dedicated Sipp team. Ashley is also excited to gain knowledge and experience in the Operations side of the growing company.

 Kelly DePedro

Communications Manager

Kelly is a 2014 graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Professional Studies with minors in Graphic Design and Nutrition. She sees her employment with Sipp as having the best of all worlds.  Kelly has a passion for understanding the creative process needed to have a successful and enjoyable product. She truly believes in the superiority of an organic and unique beverage such as Sipp. Prior to joining the Sipp team, Kelly worked at Avante Salon as the salon coordinator. A lifelong resident of the area, Kelly is known for being enthusiastic and committed to whatever life presents her. She sees this new opportunity of Communications Manager as an exciting start to a long and interesting career with Sipp Sparkling Organics. 



Brenda Lubragge

Director of Marketing

Brenda brings more than 10 years of Marketing and Communications experience with 7 years in the food and beverage industry. Her background includes Marketing Management roles at Kind Healthy Snacks, Snyders-Lance (Pretzel Crisps), and Mamma Chia. Most recently, Brenda was the Northeast Marketing Manager at Burger King Corporation.  As a health-conscious vegetarian, she is extremely excited to work for a brand that she personally loves and supports. She is happy to bring her knowledge and experience to Sipp and help the brand grow to become a leader in the industry.
